Call centers

A call center is a set of human, real-estate, movable and technical average, who allows to take care of the relation at the distance between a mark and its market.

It is mostly concretized by one or several spaces of offices where phone calls are distributed, there are also e-mails, mails , etc....
These calls can be qualified as entrants, when they are received by the councillors clientele of the centre, or vice versa to outgoing when they are emitted by them. Numerous call centers use both types of calls.
