Oil of corn

Oil of corn is extracted from the grain of corn which contains approximately 5 % of lipids, essentially in the germ. It is an edible oil which can be directly used in cooking or an element of the composition of margarines. it is also used in the pharmaceutical industry. it has a good dietary value thanks to its composition: 59,6 % of polyunsaturated fatty acids, 27,4 % of monounsaturated fatty acids and 12,9 % of saturated fatty acids. it has a content raised in linolenic acid
